- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These folks need to lined up in front of a firing squad! I had a package that had tracking and I got a notification it was in my mailbox. It wasn't there. I called the first time and spoke with an unknown person and she said she would check. I didn't hear back so I called again and spoke with Miss Harris. She said she would have my courier check the other boxes and knock on some doors. Well I never heard back. So, I sent a complaint online. Miss Harris responded and apologized. She said they didn't find it. I responded and asked who is next in command and if the carrier is stealing mail. That was on Nov 23, 2016. It's December 3, 2016 and she has not responded.By Christi Shelby, August 21, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lived in our new neighborhood for 1 year. have had 4 total packages lost, or delivered late by the Manvel Post Office. Additionally, our neighborhood page has someone looking for their packages at a minimum of once a month. The office will claim that they have never heard any complaints. Needs new management and more qualified employees. Ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'll only trust Fedex or UPS with my packages from now on.By ferdibirdi82, May 28, 2017
